October Employee of the Month

We're welcoming fall and the month of October with another incredible employee spotlight! This month, we are congratulating Beth Passmore, RN, on being awarded Emerald Pointe's October Employee of the Month!

Beth is one of our full-time dayshift Nurses that joined the team at the end of 2021. Beth came to Emerald Pointe with a hospital background and a wealth of knowledge. She has become an integral part of our nursing team, making it so much stronger. We couldn't be happier that she chose to come to Emerald Pointe!



Beth had a total of six votes for EOM. Her coworkers had a lot of awesome things to say about Beth and why they chose to vote for her. They shared that Beth is a Nurse who always knows how to take charge and get the job done right. They also expressed that, no matter how busy the day gets, Beth always maintains a smile and is a joy to work with and be around.

We would like to thank Beth for all the hard work, compassion and care she provides to our facility, staff and residents. Beth makes such a difference to all those around her. Thanks again, Beth! You are appreciated by us all!
